Takin' it all off

I'm in my mid-2o's and I've been overweight for too long. About 2 years ago I was able to lose around 25 pounds, and I've kept it off since then. While I have maintained my weight loss, lately I've been noticing that my clothes are fitting tighter and I just don't feel that good. I want to start tracking my food again, and start up an exercise routine.

Hi, thank you for your comment on my blog. Strange though because when I wen't to change it, it said my goal was 140 and I am at 232 :/ Not sure what's happening there :S

my ticker is pissing me off haha. I do want to lose 1o0 lbs, but my ticker is putting everything in kg, hence the 200lbs+ on my ticker, as it converted it to kgs lol.
