My goals are to eat and live healthy and lose enough weight to be in the healthy BMI range. My motivations are: currently low energy, ill fitting clothing. We had our first child on May 31, 2012, a boy named August. Our second child was born November 22, 2013, another boy named Cassius.

Because of the pregnancy weight gain I reset my weight goals at the beginning of November 2013.

My short term goal is 170 by July 9, 2014.

That's awesome that you are doing streaks for working out like the book suggests! That is a great idea and I think that I will do the same. Thanks for the idea.

I am already doing some as well and I won't buy a membership either. I just read the information on the website and kinda, as you know, created my own plan :)

Glad to see you on here! Thanks for coming by my page! I'll peruse your page and get caught up. I'm doing well overall, but fitness and eating haven't been the priorities they need to be. I really need to focus on fitness, because I think everything else will fall into place :-) Sure hope so!
