Thanks for the comment on my page. I was reading your goals and thought you might want to try interval training for your cholesterol and other health benefits with high intensity exercise (even brisk walking) for 60 to 90 seconds and then 60 seconds of recovery (at a slower pace) and do this alternately for 15 minutes. See what you think!
