Success is in the mind!!

When people ask how are you doing this - the answer really is simple. Hard work. Dedication. Commitment to myself. Commitment to nourishing my body and exercising.

I so desperately want to tell you that there is an "easy" fix. That this product or that product will solve your problems for life. But truthfully? It really it all about eating well, and exercising your body.

I so desperately want to tell you that there is an "easy" fix. That this product or that product will solve your problems for life. But truthfully? It really it all about eating well, and exercising your body.

Imagine how cranky I was to finally have to admit that! But it also isn't about any normal everyday exercise - it is about progressive, step-by-step building from ground zero to reset where you are to get where you are going.

YES you can. Yes I can. Yes I am. This is a lifetime journey. This is not a 12 week program. This is a lifetime.

Very few people love themselves enough to dedicate themselves to a lifetime of commitment. We love others enough. We love them enough to marry them forever - but what about loving ourselves enough to commit to ourselves??

I hired a trainer. A talented gifted man who is properly educated in the science behind exercise and the science of how the body uses nutrients to feed itself and develop properly. I could easily justify that spending $600 a month on a trainer is ludicrous. And then I tallied the cost of being morbidly obese. I tallied the meals out, the lunches out, the grocery bill. I tallied the medical bills, the medication monthly, the humiliation and I realized that all of those things were costing me more... and so I married myself. I fell in love with myself. And I invest in myself for the rest of my life. To honor, love, cherish and obey myself. So that when I am 70 I will be riding my bike along the beach. I will be as comfortable as a 70 year old can be.

I hope that I inspire you to start - and if you have started to continue! We are WORTH it!

Hi and thanks for stopping by. That is great that you are still taking Xocai after all this time, that really says a lot about the product. I am still researching it and some others too.

Hello, I was reading a comment of yours from a while ago on a SP article and you mentioned you eat 3 pieces of Xocai chocolate each day. I have recently started researching this product and was wondering if you are still taking it, and if you are still as happy with it now as you were when you wrote about it.
Any information would be very helpful. Thanks!

Thank you so much for the encouraging support on my Sparkpage. Yes, this is a journey of ups and downs. I am just glad to be back on track after a 9 month detour! No looking back now...just moving forward and staying positive. The hardest part for me was getting started and getting that confident feeling back that I CAN do this!

Thursday was another good day for me. I ate healthy and within my calorie range. Wednesday I ended up going a little over but, it was because I was up too late and got hungry again. I ate a banana and a piece of low fat swiss cheese at 12:30am but, that is at least a healthy choice.

Went to Zumba class Thursday night and had more energy than before. I am starting to feel better again and I feel like I am more in control of my food now that the "sugar fog" has lifted. I lost a 1/2 a pound this week so far so that is encouraging. The best part is that I feel less bloated and have more energy.

How was your Thursday? Let's Keep Sparkin'!
