    It's hard when you can't eat much greens--the dark greens are the ones they warn you about with coumadin. But you can still have things like red and yellow bell peppers cut in strips for fajitas, yellow wax beans, corn and there's lots of fruit in season too that's so healthy for your body. Keep posting your food each day and you'll see the pounds go away before you know it. You might also look for a team that's focused on heart issues--many of those team members are also on coumadin and have lots of great ideas on what works. emoticon emoticon
