A Woman in Need of Guidance

I thank Shelly, "GLITTERGIRL69"for guiding me to this page. She has helped me with so much on Spark People. She is the Team Leader from "I Can't Do This On My Own".
Eventhough I heard about SP from a neighbor in August of 2010, it was February 4, 2012 when I truely became serious. Shelly taught me how to use the nutrition tracker; she knew I would love using it. Wow! It is a powerful tool. It has even motivated me to want to exercise every day. Isn't that amazing? She has taught me how to use the fitness & weight loss trackers. She is still teaching me more on these trackers and other things too. I sure am grateful to her. Are relationship started with God at the center of it. I'm so thankful God brought Shelly into my life.
Thank you GLITTERGIRL69, for all that you do to make this jouney fun & a blessing to my health.

Hi Janis!
Thanks for the comment on my activity feed!
I am thrilled at being able to be consistent with my weight loss!
Even talked my DD into walking with me down to the store today. She was not too thrilled with the idea, but we did it!

Thanks for being such a great cheerleader!! Every little bit helps.
I hope to be a good one for others too.

Love,
Sue

emoticon Janis!! You bring so much positive vibes from the support that you post on the Friends In Recovery and Keep Walking With Jesus team walls. Not only do I enjoy your enthusiasm, but I look forward to the spirituality, motivation and encouragement you are going to offer for the day. There is no doubt in my mind that you will turn each goal into amazing results. You are an INSPIRATION to us all! Have a blessed Wednesday! You and your friendship ROCKS!!

Hi Janis!
Thanks so much for the cheery comment on my page!

It helps a lot to have a cheering squad and you are part of it!!
I am excited about what God is doing for me in my quest to become healthy.
I was talking to a couple of friends today at our church picnic and who have helped me along as well. It is exciting to be able to share good news with other people.
Picnic was great and I went for all the fruits and veggies as well as the pork from our annual pig roast. Yummy spit roasted pork. So I loaded up on a lot of good foods today.
It feels so good to want to exercise too. Finding the right amount of exercise can be challenging, but I like it that way. It makes life interesting.
Found out some foods I shouldn't eat and so I have had to adjust. Makes things more complicated in some ways, but glad to find some of the culprits that hinder my progress.

Thanks again, Janis! Keep on cheering!

God bless,
Sue
