lose 45 at 45

After losing both of my parents in four years, and almost losing my husband, I decided it was time to take charge of my health. Quit smoking in January, started walking in March, started strength training in June, been watching my calorie intake since March. So far I'm not seeing any progress on the scale, but my husband says I'm looking trimmer and my clothes fit better.
