My Chance at a new life

After a bit of a hiatus, I'm back in here. Working multiple jobs (in an elementary school, retail, and a farm) is definitely making life interesting as well as surprisingly difficult to eat healthy (well, when I'm not at home). I live with my boyfriend in his family home with his mom and a roommate in order to help with the farm.

In order to get healthier, I bellydance and go to my local PFs. I've been trying to eat more vegetables (easier now that I have access to fresh veggies). ...

Alexismm_ if you've been really good all day, then go for a pizza. One pizza is not going to kill yo, so go for it! It does really suck though to be losing a friend, just start to get new friends who are more compatible.

Thanks for your comment. I guess growing apart from people is a part of life.

I also agree with you about allowing indulgences. I have been smart with my eating so far today, lots of veggies and fruits and not one thing processed. If I do eat the pizza I will be in my fat and calorie ranges for the day. Something to feel good about, isn't if?
