I try and get on here as much as i can but i often forget this site as i have a few other networking pages. But i am on here most days now.

I have some issues i am working through and that is going ok, its a struggle everyday but each day i live a little more.

Weigh only once a week at most!
Do not let the scale control me.
Set realistic weight goals.
Less sugar.
Less fat.
Less dairy.
More exercise (not too much)

My Program:
No fats that are saturated or hydrogenated.
No heavy carbs.
No full fat dairy.
No food after 5.30pm
30mins exercise daily or every other

I am liberal.
I used to model, but im too big for that now.

Happy Tuesday.
Yesterday is past. You can not do anything to change what was or was not done. The future can only be dreamt about. You can only change today. What are you willing to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?

Think about what your goals are. Are you getting there? Are you doing everything you can to get there? If not, why not. There are only as many hours in the day as we make use of. If we waste them, they are gone forever. Just something to think about.
