Hi All!!! As most of you already know, my name is Lisa and I have been a member of Spark for just over a year. I began my Spark journey weighing in at just over 240lbs though my highest weight was 275lbs and sadly I have the pictures to prove it. In a period of 7 months I was able to widdle my weight down to 189lbs and sucessfully maintained myself in the 190 range until now. Today, I weighed in at 206lbs and I can honestly say I was not happy about that at all.

So... in sticking with my theme of making a change instead of continuing to do the same thing over and over again, I have decided now is the time to make said change.

I AM DONE ALLOWING MYSELF TO GAIN ALL OF MY WEIGHT BACK!
I AM DONE FINDING EXCUSES TO NOT EXERCISE!
I AM DONE EATING THE CRAP THAT MAKES ME FAT!
I AM DONE WATCHING THE SCALE INCH UP INSTEAD OF DOWN!
I AM DONE SAYING I DON'T HAVE TIME TO COOK DINNER!
I AM DONE GIVING IN TO THE TEMPTATIONS THAT SURROUND ME!
I AM DONE!

7/4/2011 - IT APPEARS I HAVE BEEN ON A MENTAL ROAD BLOCK FOR QUITE SOME TIME. I AM NOW FORCED TO REVISIT MY 190lb GOAL AGAIN, AND MARCH ON FROM THERE!

I hope to not limit myself by saying I cant eat something, but instead to learn that I can eat whatever I want, its a matter of choosing the right items.
