I am updating my page, finally! With the BP MS 150 just around the corner, I am going to make this a part of the process of a healthier me! I am not crazy about riding in groups. My Goals:
I am mainly wanting to get back into a healthy lifestyle. I need to lose 29 pounds to get back to a decent size. But I am really loving the journey! I want to make this fun and exciting. I promise not to angst about the plateaus and setbacks. I will love myself for who I am and love God even more for who He is and what he has done for me!

My Program:
I am committing to exercise everyday, drinking 8 glasses of water everyday, and getting more active on a regular basis. I am following a healthy eating plan.

Personal Information:
I grew up as a military brat. But, now, I live in Sugar Land, Tx. My name is Lynnette and I have 4 kids, a dog, a rabbitt, a gerbil, 2 hermit crabs, an assortment of fish, Oh, and a husband!

Other Information:
During the summer months, we live in our bathing suits. We are at the pool all the time. We spend time at the beach every year. My kids take surfing lessons. I would love to take lessons with them. Gotta get fit first though or I will pay dearly!

Thanks for the encouragement. I had been doing so good, and then all of a sudden, I have no motivation. Interesting enough, I didn't track last week because I was really busy with work [ and it's not apt to get better], I didn't drink nearly enough water, and I had a another gain. I'm not surprised, but I am getting back on track and I will expect results.!! Thanks again! I'll have to try the beet juice.

One of the best ways to get a team together is jump aboard your city team and start posting events on the city site. We have a number of Dallas members who have taken the initiative to do so. And now is prime racing season in Texas!

Way to go for getting so close to your goal weight! I choose to think of plateaus as "maintenance" until I have another loss. You might want to try changing up some of the foods you're eating or the exercise you're doing - that might help! :) Best wishes!
