Thanks for the encouragement. I had been doing so good, and then all of a sudden, I have no motivation. Interesting enough, I didn't track last week because I was really busy with work [ and it's not apt to get better], I didn't drink nearly enough water, and I had a another gain. One of the best ways to get a team together is jump aboard your city team and start posting events on the city site. We have a number of Dallas members who have taken the initiative to do so. And now is prime racing season in Texas!
Way to go for getting so close to your goal weight! I choose to think of plateaus as "maintenance" until I have another loss. You might want to try changing up some of the foods you're eating or the exercise you're doing - that might help! :) Best wishes! 1952 days ago
