My Goals:
My biggest goal is to get healthier. The best way for me to do that is get to my target "health weight" of 155 lbs and BMI of 24.3 (down from 32.2 OBESE).

Second, I want to learn to be happy with myself and be comfortable with who I am.

SHORT TERM GOALS:
Create and follow a permanent healthy lifestyle change to lose 1-2 pound/week (and not take it personally if I don't make my goal one week)

Create a "weekly goal" blog and keep myself accountable with progress blogs.

My Program:
Creating weekly blog goals and accountability blogs.

Keeping my calories within a healthy range.

Aiming for 140 minutes of Cardio/week BUT AT LEAST fitting in some kind of physical activity EVERY DAY for at least 10 minutes.

Reward myself for every few pounds lost see chart in "Other Info" below \/

Personal Information:
I am married to the most wonderful guy, Mommy to the two most loving (but agitating) little boys I know, daughter of two great parents (each with their own faults and strengths) and stepdaughter to two really great stepparents. I have 3 awesome siblings too. All in all God has blessed me immensely!

College Grad 2011! Magna Cum Laude B.A.! Whoo-hoo!

Today has been WAY better =) Thank you for asking! I was able to get my walk jog in, though I took it way easy. I don't want to over exert myself and then make things worse then they were before. Hopefully I'll be able to get in a walk/jog every day the rest of this week that way I can get that 5K done... Otherwise, I'm going to have to just do it without having done all the work outs that were scheduled. =(

I am really excited about the ChaLEAN Extreme though. I was looking up results on youtube last night, looks like it's going to be a perfect middle ground before doing P90X! I'm hoping it comes in before next week so that I can start it Monday. I don't have any other workouts planned between Saturday and whenever it comes in, so I want it to hurry! lol =P

I hope you are doing well and things have gotten a little less stressful for you!
