I am married to the most wonderful guy, Mommy to the two most loving (but agitating) boys I know and now a daughter as well!

I am a reading and movie addict and enjoy spending time lounging around. I love taking my kids outdoors to play but hate too hot or too cold and miserable. I loathe being active but need to get off my tuckus!

yeah, I didn't quite make it up this morning either... but I found a place to take yoga for free every Monday night, so I did get 45 minutes in. I am definitely going to make it part of my routine!

That's absolutely FANTASTIC that you made such healthy choices today with how to use your time!!!!! Keep it up!

Definitely a good idea! I'm probably going to try and aim for 3 mornings as well this week. Slowly build up and move things around... haha, don't want to go and kill ourselves over this! It would defeat the purpose! lol... Congrats on losing 2.5 pounds!!

MUAHAHAHA! I got up twice this week for a work out! So far I've only worked out three days and working out a gain today... so I'd say 50% really isn't bad =P Yes, I'm rationalizing, but I'm pretty excited lol

How'd your week of getting up early been going??? I bed you've been doing awesome all week!

Well I didn't manage to make my wake up lol... You definitely put me to shame in the actually getting up and doing it department for sure! lol... I was able to get my work out in tonight and I'm going to try and get up again in the morning... I'll keep setting my alarm for that time till I actually start doing it! lol... maybe I'll bug myself awake! heehee
