Hi there! I'm Catrina, 40 years old and single mom of two crazy but loveable teens.

I've been overweight my entire life. Okay, for as long as I can remember. When I was a toddler I was a normal weight but that didn't last past the age of 5. I grew up in a very emotionally distraught household and was always my mom's eating partner.

I've been put on diets since I was 7. I quit dieting once I moved out of my mom's house and had a brief period where I actually looked as good as I felt, or maybe it was that I felt as good as I looked.

I've reached a point in my life where I'm ready to let all the negativity from past go. I'm moving on and upward(or downward in this case!).

I'm a DONE Girl!!!

*I'm done feeling like less of a person because there is more of me.
*I'm done hiding behind my fat.
*I'm done making excuses for why I can't.
*I'm done letting my past dictate my future.
*I'm done listening to the voices of my past tell me I'm not ever going to accomplish anything.
*I'm done comparing myself to others and not doing my best because it may not be as good as someone else.
*I'm done thinking I'm not worth it.
*I'm done not feeling like myself.
*I'm DONE not giving my all.
*I'm DONE not letting myself SHINE!!!

Fitness Minutes: 22,589

My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose 200 pounds.

My short term goals are pretty basic right now:

1) Drink 8 glasses of water a day

2) Increase the amount of fruits and vegetables I eat on a daily basis

3) exercise daily , continue to increase amount of time

4) Log in daily and track food, water and exercise.

My Program:
For exercise, I am working on increasing the amount of time I do cardio. I was using the WATP video's but for some reason those just aren't doing it for me right now. I am making sure that I get in at least 10 minutes of exercise 5x a week and I'm still going strong with my strength training.

For my eating I am working on changing my eating habits. Learning more about why I turn to food, catching myself before I do and then doing something to distract myself and increasing the variety of fruits and vegetables I eat.

Personal Information:
I love to read and knit.

There are days when I'd love to sell my kids to gypsies even though I love them dearly.

I have the world's craziest cat who thinks my cheeks are a source of nutrition.

I'm stuck somewhere between a nerd and a geek.

I have an inner diva who doesn't get to come out and play quite as often as she should.
