Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Walk 5 kms a day, atleast 4 days a week. Weight train twice a week. Eat breakfast @ home on all days of the week. Eat dinner @ home on all working days. No cookies / chocolates / soda at home. If I feel the urge, I need to feel it strong enough to go to the store and buy it myself - one packet at a time. Limit sugar to 3 tsp a day Avoid buffets - lunch or dinner Snack on non sweet items - popcorn, peanut butter
