Healthier in my 30's than I was in my 20's!

I joined Spark People in Fall 2012. Since then I've lost about 50 pounds and maintained 40. It's important to me to be healthy for my husband and daughter. I realize I'm always going to need to watch what I eat and stay active to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Edit: I found out I was pregnant in February 2015. My goal is to have a healthy pregnancy by staying active and focusing on nutrition.

Good to hear from you! I understand the point thing - it can just get to a routine and not work. I stopped for a long time and just started up again this week. It helps me be aware of what all I am consuming.

My new attitude is to wake up and start fresh. Each day - no regrets, just more healthy choices.

Hi Ali,
I am not tracking points very carefully. I keep a mental track of my points. So glad that spring is here and I can get outside more often for walks.

I am tracking steps and have dropped 2 lbs. Keeping up with that is my goal now. Hope all is well with you!
