I'm getting married in May of 2014 and am trying to drop some weight to look awesome in my wedding dress. Trying out the Ideal Protein method to see how this works for me. It's the first time I've ever done a low-carb diet before... much to learn!

Number 1: You look fantastic!! Keep up the good work -- I also just started C25K and do not see myself as a runner at all but I know what you mean when you say "I just want to be!!!!" -- Number 2: I keep seeing this virtual before and afters - What website or where did you do this?!? I think I need this motivation!
