From Couch to 5K, 10K, and Triathlete!

I'm working on my weight loss as I train for a half marathon! I really like running and biking. 80 pounds down so far with around 10 more to go (might change if I decide I want to lose more weight).

I've come a long way in terms of my eating, exercise, and overall life. I'm much more active now and always looking for an adventure.

My Goals:
My main goals are to eat healthy and to get fit. I need to lose around 60+ pounds.

My current goals: Run a 5k (Done 10.1.2011)

Exercise consistently, 5-6 days a week.

Even though I find it hard to track food, I want to stay focused on healthy eating and keeping my calories in a healthy range.

My Program:
Better eating.

Running 3 times a week and strength training & cycling.

Personal Information:
I'm 25 and have lived in WV my whole life (except when I studied abroad in Wales and Hungary for two semesters). Absolutely love traveling and hope losing weight will make me more adventurous in the places I go.
