ah yes, the dreaded yo-yo. something I've suffered from for five years. But! it's good to see that we've made the decision to try it the right way...and Hopefully it sticks. Also, Glad to hear you've bounced back from an accident. It must make you thankful.
As for your status...I am a beast when it comes to making nights filled with alcohol work on my diet :P I'm still young, and I want to be able to drink with my friends. Diet coke and vodka! (not exactly the tastiest beverage, but ya know...it get's the job done).

Thanks for your comments on my blog. I have been stalled more than once since starting the Spark journey. I really got down about it at times, but the focus on better health and fitness rather than just weight loss kept me going. If there was a Slowest Loser competition, I'd be a winner! My original goal date was June 15! My goal is now November 1 and I will be shocked if I reach my target weight by then.
Just keep on keepin' on and I'm sure you'll see results. Do you measure as well as weigh? That was one thing that helped me see that changes were happening, even if they didn't show up on the scale. And just being able to run further and longer each week showed that improvement was happening, even if my weight stayed the same. Hang in there! 2337 days ago
Aw, the Halloween Challenge has already started! I would have loved to have you participate, but we need even numbers on teams for scoring. I've had 2 others express interest in a late-sign up.
