I Love Myself Enough To Make A Change

I joined Spark People last year and was successful for a period of time until I lost myself in stress and disappointments. After some time I have learned to manage my stress, not eat my disappointments, and am ready to get started again! This will be my year, I have no doubt about it.

My Goals:
With a starting weight of 407 pounds I feel the obvious goal would be to lose weight. I want to lose weight but would also like to inspire my family to be healthier. I would also like to become healthy enough to have children one day.

My Program:
My program is a vegan diet with an active lifestyle. I will workout at home as well as the gym. Im also going to weigh in weekly to track my progress.

Morning emoticon thanks so much for your blog comment & MSG on my page emoticon your support and friendship means SO much to me emoticon definitely one of the best things I have got out of spark people emoticon emoticon

ummmmmm yes this week continues to be this week-y! Bit of a disaster really! Went to Power Dance Fitness Monday and really hoping to go again tonight to achieve my intended 2 attendances of the week. But woke up at 5.30am (ladies pain! Ow!) so just hoping I have energy still by 6pm to go! Also no yoga this week, again because of 'ladies holiday' we call it in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. You have to take 3 days rest. It's good but difficult. I have continued to consume at the top end of my calorie range this week too after about a month of less..... I think it's 'ok' I just stress out about it! I know it's just life and realistically that's the way it is but I am stressing its all down hill from here on! I need to remain focused that that is not the case!!!

Very very very happy hubby arrived home yesterday after 3 weeks away working emoticon so great to have him back emoticon it is our wedding anniversary this weekend and I think we will have a truly lovely time emoticon

Wishing you a great weekend sister emoticon 100k would be enough to get me down the gym for sure emoticon that's an amazing little boost!

emoticon you're loving the gym that's emoticon emoticon I went back to Power Fitness Dance again tonight emoticon it was SO good emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I was sweating SO much! LOL

I'm aiming to go twice a week as I have my yoga 6 days a week as well! So off to a great start this week, hopefully I can keep it up emoticon emoticon emoticon

And now emoticon my favourite part of looking after myself emoticon
