Hi! I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3 boys, and am a home child care provider. I've struggled with my weight for years, and I've decided that NOW is the time to change. No more excuses, no more quitting, I can not give up again. I know it's not going to be easy, and I'll need a lot of prayer and support, but this time, I'm all in. :)
My overall goal is to be healthier and lose weight. My 6 year old son asked me last week if I will run the annual 5K at his school in October, so training for that is also at the top of my list.
I don't really have a specific program in mind yet. Right now I just want to eat less, eat healthier, and move more. Gotta start somewhere.
I am blessed with three beautiful little boys, ages 6, 4, and 3 months. They inspire me to be better. I have a great husband, who supports me no matter what. That means the world to me. I love my family and friends, and I know that they will help keep me going on this journey.
I love Jesus, music, singing, reading, crochet, the outdoors, cooking, playing cards, and spending time with family and friends.
