I am 47 year old, wildly in love with my two kids (Aaron 26 yrs old and Kelsey 21 yrs old) and my husband Fran. What I''m not wildly in love with is my body. I have rheumatoid arthritis, which not only causes pain, but has led me, a person worth more energy than she knew what to do with, to some one with chronic fatigue. Truth be told, at times, the pain is easier to deal with. The medications i take, fatigue, lack of exercise and awful eating habits have led to mr gaining 60lbs over the past 18 years. Although I care about my looks still, I care more about my health and at my current weight, I am very UNhealthy. Hoping to change that.

My Goals:
To be healthy. Losing weight and exercise will help with this goal. A (very) close second is to finish decorating my house, and organize my craft room (aka: the loft) and the room where my husband keeps his nine gazillion tools and supplies...aka: the garage.

My name is Alison. I am 43 years old and I live about a half hour south of Boston, MA. I have two kids, my son will be a senior in college (I miss him!) and my daughter will be a senior in high school (Lord help us!). I am on my second marriage to the most wonderful man in the world. I never even knew they made his kind! :)


Other Information:
I love to read although I never have time so I listen to books on cd a lot.

I also love to bead, create mixed media, stamp and want to learn how to sew.

I am totally disorganized and hate it.

I seriously believe there should be a choco-holic anonymous...although I know I would have a "slip" once a month at the very least!
