Body fat on 12/17/2010 was 46.7%
Body Fat on 11/9/2011 was 18.0%!
Body Fat on 2/12/2012 was 13.33%!!!!!

I enjoy weight lifting and running for my workouts. I run about 25 miles a week. Sometimes pulling off two workouts in a day, if I need too.

I had my baby as of October 2010. Getting back in shape after gaining, an astonishing 87lbs.

I lost a total of 205lbs back in 2006-2008, but managed to gain about 40 of it back before I got pregnant in the beginning of 2010.

GoRuck Albuqueruqe (17.5 miles) 12.5 hours
Alien Chase (5k) (with 6 year old son running with me) 36:48

#1 GOAL of all fit into a size 6 again! Reached 5-16-11

For all my life i have struggled with my weight, once I lose the weight, I usually get lazy and gain it back, so its a constant battle of wills!
