As of 11/1/2012 I have lost 117lbs. I have 6lbs to reach my goal to get to 145! You do the math and you will see just how heavy I was. I am now a PERSONAL TRAINER! I am certified and working at the gym where I have exercised for the past 36months!! I am proud to say that now I can motivate and make changes in other people, when I have been there, struggled and succeeded! Body fat on 12/17/2010 was 46.7% Body Fat on 11/9/2011 was 18.0%! Body Fat on 2/12/2012 was 13.33%!!!!! Body Fat on 11/2/2012 was 14.10% I enjoy weight lifting and running for my workouts. I run about 25 miles a week. Sometimes pulling off two workouts in a day, if I need too. I had my baby as of October 2010. Getting back in shape after gaining, an astonishing 87lbs. I lost a total of 205lbs back in 2006-2008, but managed to gain about 40 of it back before I got pregnant in the beginning of 2010. Races this year (2012): Shamrock Shuffle (10 mile): 2:06.25 Wounded Warrior Project (10k) 58:36 NM Run for Recess (5k) 27:38 Race for the zoo (10k) 60:02 Albuquerque Half Marathon (5k) 27:45 Race for Autism (5k) 24:39 Cherry Garcia Run (5k) 30:23 GoRuck Albuqueruqe (17.5 miles) 12.5 hours Alien Chase (5k) (with 6 year old son running with me) 36:48 #1 GOAL of all fit into a size 6 again! Current Program: 9/1/2012 "Insanity" 6x a week Cardio Abs (insanity as well)5x a week 4x a week Running 5-22 miles Weight lifting 3-5x a week depending on time constrants.
Personal Information:
For all my life i have struggled with my weight, once I lose the weight, I usually get lazy and gain it back, so its a constant battle of wills!
