Early to rise

Hi, I have lost 80 pounds and successfully kept over 60 off. I have another 64 or so to go. The keys to my success are podcasts. I listen to IOWL, Inside Out Weight Loss with Renee Stephens. I listen to The Reasonable Diet with Sandra Ahten.

I use Sandra's AIM method: Accountability, Information and Motivation.
Weigh-ins, my heart rate monitor and my food log are my accountability.
Information: I have Fitday to help me know how much I have eaten.

Motivation: I listen to running podcasts including The Two Gomers, Running Vegan Mom and The Motivation to Move.

I set my intention in the morning before I get up and at night before I go to sleep.
I practice yoga to manage my mood, improve flexibility and help with my weight loss. It always helps.
