being realistic... 190 by 6/1

My Program:
I am TRYING to eat 1600 calories a day and doing cardio for 60 minutes a day, 4 times a week. Cardio I like includes... the new precor machine at my gym!!!, spinning, walking, elliptical & playing soccer. Also, strength training 3 times a week.

I currently reside in Bowling Green, OH but I am from Lithopolis, OH.

Some words of Wisdom from Sarah Ban Breathnach to start your week:
Cultivate gratitude
Carve out an hour a day for solitude ( I'll settle for 1/2/hr:)
Don't overschedule
Go to bed at nine o'clock twice a week
Breathe - deeply and often
Move- walk, dance, run, do a sport
Drink water, lots of it
If it's not delicious don't eat it
My plan for the week : Reduce sugar,
5 freggies a day and 150+ activity minutes
