Hey, sorry it's taken me so long to answer you about the high fiber foods. I found a website (http://commonsensehealth.com/Diet-and-Nut rition/List_of_High_Fiber_Foods.shtml) that lists the best high fiber foods, and I am trying to eat as many of these as I can each day. I especially like avocados. They have about 12 grams of fiber, and are really good for you. These foods help you feel full longer so you don't eat as much food throughout the day, but you get the right amount of the ones you need.
I do post a lot to the message boards, but I bought The Spark. You get like 100 points for reading each chapter and extra for doing stuff in the book. By the time you're done you get a ridiculous ammount of points, but hey, I'm competetive. Fine by me ;)
