Grace is going to be a lifelong lesson.

I used to play soccer and rock climb.... than it stopped. So I'm changing that. I work with kids with disabilities and at a cafe. I love weather warm enough to wear my chacos. I'm also noticing that I have very few pictures of myself from the past few years... huh. That has got to change too.

My Goals:
So my goal is not so much the pounds as I want to feel better. I want to be able to run 3-5 miles like it's nothing again. And I'll be totally honest I want to look hot. Clothes don't fit the best right now. Oh and I want to be able to twist myself into pretzel shapes and do hand stands.

My Program:
Limit calories and increase activity. To that end I sold my car so I have to do some amount of walking or biking to get anywhere. I'm starting to run again, involve some yoga in that for the pretzels.

Personal Information:
I'm from northern indiana but I'm living in Baltimore by way of Louisville. Yeah, I'm random.

Other Information:
My Grandfather was the most graceful man I ever knew. I'm striving to emulate him and live a life of grace.

Welcome to Sparkpeople! I love this site, you will too!! I started here in January and have found real success with the common sense advice on here.
I would recommend using ALL the trackers daily. They will help you achieve your goal.
Then join some of the teams' challenges and goals. They will help you to stay focused especially through the plateaus or low times. AND you will make friends, woohoo!!
