Hey don't worry about the long time! I know how hectic the end of the year is! I've been doing pretty good. I'm down 10lbs since the start of my journey. I just recently returned from a trip with a good friend of mine and was pretty lax about exercise and eating healthy so I had gained back some weight. Now that I'm home and settled again I'm going full speed ahead to get ready for swimsuit season and summer clothes! So how's getting back on track going?
Hey! I thought I'd check in and see how things are going. Are you still on "I Challenge You This"? I didn't do too great the first month, only a 2lb loss. But that was during finishing classes and exams so I consider that better then the usual gain I see during this time! Since I'm done school now I'm really hoping to step it up, I really have no excuse about lack of time now! Here’s hoping for some big results! Let me know how you are doing. Allison

YAY! 3 lbs! Great job! I've managed to lose 3 also, I can't seem to get passed it though. Hang in there! Cuz I'm positive we're gonna melt those LBs! Stop by the challenge if you get a chance.
