Getting the hang of it

I lost 50 pounds 10 years ago on Weight Watchers. I kept it off for about three years and then it crept back on, slowly at first. Before I knew it, I had gained back all the weight, and then some.

I've tried getting back on track using Weight Watchers, but I guess I just got burned out. Anyway, now that I'm over 50, my doctor is concerned about my high cholesterol.

I have to admit that I wasn't very hopeful about success when I started the Spark program, although I was determined to give it a solid try. I have been very pleased with how easy it is to keep track not only of calories but also of my nutritional requirements and my saturated fat intake.

I want to succeed, and I'm starting to believe that I can.
