Hi there.. I see you are on South beach and I just went thru your food log to see why you aren't losing. Your calorie count is way too low to lose weight.. you should be around 1400 calories .. you HAVE to eat to lose. I don't see hardly any veggies either.. you need at least 4 cups a day and lettuce is just a filler.. have you tried any stir frys?
My food log is public if you want to take a look.. I get great ideas from others food logs.. this can be such a successful diet if you really work it right and I wish you all the best.
