To be able to go back to my weight before I retired from government service!!
I have started doing brisk walks around Pasonanca Park. Started right after New Year's Day... finished one week of walking for 1 hour in my favorite Route. I do some "one hundred"/ biceps curl-ups; tricep extensions; some strength-training exercises. Tried out the zumba for 30 min. every other day.
