1.) To get back to my preferred weight range of 125-128lbs.
2.) To instill healthy eating habits in my children.
3.) To encourage my DH to lose the weight he needs to and lower his B/P.
1.)Watching/Tracking my calories and hitting the treadmill as always. 2.) Starting to make all around healthy meals/snacks and food RULES for my family. 3.) Gently making other suggestions to my DH.
