Hey! Sorry I just saw your comment! We've been traveling around. With doing the hybrid it's totally fine to do them at different times. I would do cardio in the am if it was me and CLX in the evening. But even with that- I only did 5x a week. I started trying to do 6x a week and it was just way too much for me. It was the first time in my life I started hating Turbo and I've always loved it. Going to 5x made it all relax a little. Have you done both programs in full before?
Girl it is possible! Are you a part of a strong upline to give you ideas and training? I know it takes time so I'm taking it one day at a time and know in a few years I will be where I want to be with it financially!
