Thanks for stopping by Alison yes the physical therapy is really helping I am walking with NO pain I will never let it go as long as I did Another reason I was in so much pain she said besides the scoliosis and osteoporosis is my hip was so out of line. The 2 therapist somehow maneuvered that back in place. Once they did that when I got off the table and took those steps there was no pain and has not been since . The nice thing about going is I have no co payments which I had already met my $183.00 deductible back in February. Have a blessed day I am going shopping later this morning

That's great about the serrapeptase (we call them peps-got tired of saying that long name!-Haha). How many do you take? I take mine in the middle of the night, I keep some in the bedroom drawer with my other meds. I am always up for a bathroom run! I am down to 2 now- to save money. Since they aren't cheap, as you know.
Or I well take when I first get up and hour before breakfast (takes me that long to get up and get things ready anyway.) -Bob does his that way. Or two hours after I eat dinner, which ever is the best. When I took 4 I would split them up-2 and 2.
Ashwagandha is great! I am going to go buy another one or two this weekend, I just found out about on a video from Dr. Josh Axe. I posted a link on the blog I just did. A very informative 11 min. video. He says Ashwagandha is the king of herbs! emoticon
Hope all keeps going good on the rosacea! And your wrist and ribs-hoping you feel better and better each day. emoticon

I wanted to tell you one thing about the serrapeptase, so that when you get it you will know exactly when to take it. They mention it on serrapeptase.org, way down at the bottom of the page and the bottle just says take on an empty stomach. But, really who knows when that happens? HA! They say one hour before eating or 2 hours after. Do not take with food-I did once and it gave me a stomach ache for about a half hour. It is a digestive enzyme and if you take it with food it will work on the food and not go into your bloodstream to go after the problems it needs to fix. I take 2 a day now (from 4-1) and since I have done that a week ago the 3 areas still left on my chin and around my nose and cheek are starting to disappear! It is amazing how this works. It is good for your sinuses too, and mine are doing better now too since the 2 a day. I am hoping to wean myself off of my inhaler (since it helps the lungs too) and my sinus meds eventually. Because it works on the inflammation and mucus in the body. It was helping me really well with not taking antihistamines before I reduced the dosage. Working on that now.
See also the video from Robert Redfern-about the dosage and more information on the peps (as we call them):

Have a good day. Getting ready to order our next batch today. emoticon

Thanks for reading & commenting... I yanked a few pictures off ride manager's FB page, but if you've been to Moab you know how gorgeous it is!
And sorry to hear about your fractures - get well soon!
