Enough about it being my second time around; Life happened and now I'm working on becoming a healthier and let's be honest, slimmer, more toned person. I have the passion and the knowledge to take me to my goal; there I will have the support and resources to teach me how to stay at my goal.

About me: I am 5'3.5" tall - I am always curious how tall you are! My goal is to be 115lbs and slim OR 125-130lbs and well toned. I am presently 26, married since May 2009 and a big homo! HAHA I have 3 fur babies, a beagle named Maggie, and two cats, Phantom and Picasso. My wife, Tracy, and I don't have children YET - being same-sex certainly comes with its challenges in that department; we hope to enrich ourlives with 2 children. In the meantime, we enjoy each other and the time we have together and our furries.

Day One: This is my second time on the site... started in 2009 and went from 190lbs to 130lbs. Well, after a couple (or half a dozen!) moves and a serious bout of depression, I'm back at 183lbs and in desperate need of getting back to a healthy weight.

My first time around I did it alone, this time around I have my wife coming along for the ride :) Together we hope to motivate each other and make changes that last a lifetime.

My Goals:
1. To lose at least 1.5 lbs a week.

2. To eat 90% clean.

3. To be active everday; at least 15 minutes and a strength training session.

4. To be more appreciative and affectionate towards my wife.

5. To walk Maggie daily - she deserves it, and I enjoy it.

My Program:
1. A daily walk with Maggie (roughly 3 miles).

2. A daily walk with Leslie Sansone; generally 2 but up to 5 miles.

3. A daily and quick but effective and isolated strength training session.

4. Tracking every calorie and putting to use my food scale.

5. Using the support and resources available to me on Spark!

Other Information:
LOVE doing hair and makeup- on myself and everyone else! LOVE spa pedicures and having neon colours toes!

Total girl, though right now you couldn't tell.

Also love to sweat and get into some sports; camping, hiking, swimming like a fish and walking!
