Hi and welcome to my page! I am a 26 year old Christian from a small town in Minnesota . I've been on spark people since December of '06, however I totally slacked last year. But I love spark, so I'm back and this time I am determined to continue to work towards my goals.
I've been struggling with weight since high school (or maybe even b4 then but the weight really started coming on in HS). I am sick and tired of looking the way I do. It is time to start doing something about it. My sister and I started working out together on March 19th and it feels great! I am ready to get my life on track. I am going to push myself to eat heathly and exercise regularly. I want to begin living a healthy lifestyle and reach my weight loss goal.

4/9/08 - Husband's 30th Birthday: 193
5/26/08 - Memorial Day: 185
7/04/08 - Independence Day: 179
7/29/08 - My Anniversary: 175
9/1/08 - Labor Day: 169
10/5/08 - My mom & dad's 40th Anniversary: 162
11/12/08 - My 27th birthday: 155
12/25/08 - Christmas: 147
2/14/09 - Valentine's Day: 138
4/9/09 - Husband's Birthday: 128
5/1/09 - May Day: 124 (Goal Weight)
4/9/08 - Met my Goal of 193 ~Yay!
5/26/08 - Surpassed Goal By a few lbs 181~ WooHoo!
7/4/08- 177lbs ~ Barely reached my goal. Need to work harder!
7/29/08 - 176lbs ~ Didn't make my Anniversary goal. I slacked BIG TIME this month. August will be a new month, New Me!! Bring it on!!
** I have to realize that If I don't reach my goal weights on the specific dates, to not give up, and to realize that I will reach my goal, it just may take a little longer than what I have down. But I am going to really try reach my weight loss goals they way I have them written down. I think I have it down in a very sensible and healthy way. I KNOW I CAN DO IT! Not reaching my goal weight until May of next year, seems like forever!!! But I can't wait until I have the feeling of being healthy and sexy, even if it's not until next year, it will be worth it!

I must Decrease and He must increase - Christ in me, the hope of glory. If I get out of the way He can do the impossible! If I get in the way, I'm impossible!
I would like to get back to my School Weight - 124 lbs. It's gonna take some dedication and hard work, but I am determined to meet my goal!
Work out to DVD's with my sister 5-6 days a week.
*I am going to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day minimum.
*I am going to eat veggies, fruits, nuts, low cal foods as my snack instead of junk food.
I am a born again Christian and love the Lord very much.
I am married to wonderful man for 7 1/2 years.
