LOTS TO LOSE!!!!
I've already lost 85 lbs, but I've got about 50 lbs. more to go before I stop. I'm gonna need help keeping on track and keeping it fun and easy, instead of a chore. I need to be challenged, I thrive off competition, so bring it on! I wanna have fun with this journey, I don't want this to be something I hate.

My Goals:
I want to get down to 150 lbs before the end of 2012. I'm hoping to reach my ultimate goal of 125 within the next 2 yrs.
My Program:
To reach my goal I'm: 1. Eating right and trying to stay between 1,200 and 1,800 calories a day. 2. Exercise 1 - 2 hrs a day. (Cardio, walking, Curves, etc. I try to do it all, keep it interesting) 3. Slowly cut out all processed foods (this is a REALLY slow process) 4. Drink 8 cups of water per day. 5. Keep postive.
Personal Information:
My name is Alicia. I'm 34 years old. I'm married with 2 kids who keep my extremely busy, but who try to be involved. It's been a slow road in my weight loss journey, but I'm getting there little by little and I'm not gonna stop til I get there.
Other Information:
I love reading, watching TV (I try not to do that as often now), playing sports with my kiddos, and amateur photography (mostly of my kids). And I'm getting to where I LOVE to exercise! Who'd thunk it!?!
