When I graduated high school, I was at my highest weight- 198 lbs. Now that I'm a mother, i want to be a healthy and happy example for my son! I fell off the wagon in 2008, and am now fighting to get back on track! The biggest contributor to my past failure was a major plateau that lasted for several months. I foolishly gave up. I fell off the wagon in 2008, and am now fighting to get back on track! The biggest contributor to my past failure was a major plateau that lasted for several months. I foolishly gave up. Now, scales are completely banished in my home- the only weight on here is the weight I get during doctor's visits. I measure various body parts each month. That way, I can make sure I am trending downward without obsessing.

My Goals:
Eat healthier, be more active, and have fun doing it! I am currently trying to run 300 miles this year.
My Program:
I am working out five days a week. I am also tracking what I eat in an effort to reduce caloric and fat intake while increasing protein and having more varied nutrients.
