Alicia's Goals

When I graduated high school, I was at my highest weight- 198 lbs. Now that I'm a mother, i want to be a healthy and happy example for my son!
I fell off the wagon in 2008, and am now fighting to get back on track! The biggest contributor to my past failure was a major plateau that lasted for several months. I foolishly gave up. Now, scales are completely banished in my home- the only weight on here is the weight I get during doctor's visits.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I am embarrassed that I didn't meet any goals last month. I was literally a few reps of each away... But, I cannot dwell. I can just move on!

I do glance at my FitBit emails, but I think seeing a full month laid out just really made me recognize what I'm really doing! It looks like you are kicking butt on your steps too! emoticon emoticon

Thanks for stopping by my blog! It doesn't matter if I see that mountain every day, it still takes my breath away. It sure makes the runs seem much more bearable!
