Thanks for swinging by my page! Recovery is going okay... My body is doing well, my brain, not so much. I cannot really type these days either, as the incision site on my arm gets sore. But I'm still kickin' and as soon as typing isn't so painful I'll post an update!

I'm glad to see you are still hanging around! :) I'm glad you are doing well with your food and weight - it's probably refreshing and way more fun to focus on getting your exercise through family activities! I wish we could do that, but since my stepson has heart problems it is hard to do family activities that include any cardio. That's why I rely on the dog to make me feel guilty if I haven't gotten out for a walk!
