Hi! I'm Alicia, I've recently been noticing lots of aches and random pains in my body, and realized its probably due to the fact I'm overweight! My goals are to break myself out, and be healthy and fit again. I do have days where I just sit around wishing I was healthier, which doesn't do much for me. My plan is to achieve my total awesomeness by eating right, slimming down, and regaining my energy..and maintaining all of that!...So here I go!!! :)
My personal goals for myself are to: live happily and healthy with my boyfriend, his 2 boys, and my 3 cats. Always to approach each day with a positive outlook, become fit and toned to have mire energy, to push myself beyond myself, and keep on keepin on :)
I anxiously await to get outdoors on my bike, in the winter I like to start my day off with the 10 minute crunch less abs, by Coach Nicole, 2 reps squats, modified push-ups, twist sit ups, and sometimes weights, daily. I try to grt out and go on brisk walks and eat healthy, and love getting the kids involved in being active, health, and awesome!!
I'm from small town Iowa, living in Des Moines now. Inwork with Special Needs and have a total of 5 neices and nephews, as well as my awEsome Boyfriend and his 2boys, I'm grateful he will ride bikes with me, he has taken an interest in eating health and portioned meals, and is my support system!! I'm so lucky, and so excited for this new chapter in life!!
