I had my second child in August of 2011. I did not gain as much as I had in my first pregnancy but still more than I would have liked. I am a SAHM of 2 littles and have NO TIME for myself. I lost a lot of muscle and I am working on gaining it back as well as losing some more fat because my body definitely changed a lot with this pregnancy.

2009-2010
My goals, plans, and ideas toward fitness have changed dramatically since I started losing weight. At first I just wanted to lose the baby weight, then I wanted to tone up. Now I want to get to 17-18% bodyfat and gain more muscle.
I also plan on getting a Master's Degree in Nutrition and my Personal Training Certification.

I have always yo-yo dieted, I have always had body image issues and was always between 145-160 lbs and a size 12.
I gained about 75 lbs when I got pregnant with my son.
I was so shocked at how much I weighed AFTER I had him that it was hard for me to get around, had no energy, was always sick and just felt like crap.
I wanted to be an active mom, so I decided to start losing weight... so far I have lost 70 lbs and would like to lose about 15 more.

Original Stats:
199-205 lbs ( I stopped weighing myself)

Current:
139 lbs. (24% bodyfat)
36-29-37

Goal:
125-130 lbs. (17-18% bodyfat)

My Program:
I try to eat as clean as possible. Stick to 40-40-20 ratios as best I can.

I do weight training 4-5 days a week.

Cardio 6 days a week.

I alternate between interval runs, distance runs, spinning, and swimming.

Personal Information:

lol - I can't believe that as of this coming Tuesday, it will be a month of maintaining my weight! I really hope I can keep it up this last trimester and not gain too much more. My goal is NO MORE then 35lbs and I am at 25-26 right now at 28 weeks, so we will see! even at half a pound a week, I would be up to about 31 lbs at delivery.
I really cannot wait to deliver and get back into fitness! I have some serious goals! lol.
Do you have any weekend plans? We are going out to do errands today because my son is with his dad for the weekend and we only have the little girl, so we have to do Easter basket stuff.

yes, I have a cold :( ugh. I never get sick so this really sucks! But I understand my body is growing a baby and cant fight off a cold as easy! So what did you eat? hahaha. Not like toilet paper or anything right? lol

i bought turbo jam while i was pregnant and started it at 22 weeks or so and it really helped me keep my weight in check. i had a c section and was back to working out after 4 weeks. my son is 14 weeks and I'm back to my pre pregnancy weight of 145lbs mostly by doing turbo jam and trying to keep my calories in check at about 1500 to 2000 a day

I have 3 belly bands and love them!
I am so jealous that you live in FL lol. I would love to go where its warm. I don't want to live in MA my whole life. I love Hilton Head South Carolina. I plan to start saving up, and take my DF there next year, maybe for our anniversary, He has never been. Also, my dad and step mom plan to move down south within the next few years, and I really don't want to be left behind :( Although my mom and step dad still live here in MA, I really want to go south. I have lived in MA for 28 years.
I really want to get into running after this baby is born. Its something Ive always wanted to do, Im just not good at it.
So - Do you have any baby names picked out yet? We are having another little girl, and we will be naming her Amelia Addisyn :) My DF wasn't crazy about Amelia at first, but I think he likes it now!
