To lose weight! And wear skinny jeans again.
*Do something productive each day.
*Lose 15-20 more lbs before I go back to work Aug 9th.
*Walk the 4 mile Fort for Fitness Race on Sept 25th
I am watching my calorie intake and I have also been walking/jogging anywhere from 6-8 miles a week. I also am in a Zumba and Water Aerobics at my local YMCA. Keeping active is another goal. Its too easy just to sit around!

That is where I went when I quit smoking, and it is a great resource for support (as well as those little e-mails that motivate me to know I'm kicking you know what when it comes to not smoking). There is a free part or you can pay for the upgrade (I only used the free area).
Thanks for the comment. I was gungho on working out before I got pregnant (maybe my better health helped me get pregnant). Now that I am not able to work out as long or as intense, I feel lazy. I still go to a jazzercise class two to three times a week, but I've had to tone that down. I know it's only temporary, and since I didn't stop completely getting back on track won't be so difficult, but I'm sure it will be a challenge. So far at 26 weeks I'm only up 6 lbs (lost some in the 1st tri), but I feel the big gain is coming any time now.

Thanks for ur comment. So true midt times it's so overwhelming that after making the mental I get too tired to do nothing! I made the vague to do list over a whole week Yet to schedule it in the week I'm trying this out so that I can factor in relaxation time I just dont seem to gave a slot for it I know I need it else will burn out
