My Goals:
Get to a healthy BMI. Move my body at least 10 minutes a day. Pray & meditate daily. Keep diabetes at bay.

My Program:
I will incorporate more activity in my daily schedule (i.e., stairs & stretches). Walks with hubby are good. Keeping 1/2 the plate filled with veggies.

Other Information:
Looking forward to gardening and spring activities.

Alice, thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. I know if you work at breaking old habits you can replace them with new. That is what I need to do with my eating, and Duke, need to learn to stay home before him or Merlin get run over.
