Behaviour goals:

Go to bed before 10pm (on most days)

Exercise: Do strength training 3 times a week

Stretch for 10 minutes at least thrice weekly

Keep active by finding activities I love: rock-climbing, dancing etc

Diet: Follow the No-S diet

Glass ceiling (2 drinks limit) (for caloric reasons as well as it's not good to drink too much!)

Results goals:

3 chin-ups
10 proper pushups
Full splits
Link hands around feet with legs extended

My Program:
No-S Diet

3 x 30 minute strength training exercises per week

Regular exercise activities of interest - rock-climbing, swimming, hiking etc

I'm glad you joined the No S Diet team. We're pretty small, but I've been No S-ing and participating on the diet's main board at Reinhard's site for 2 1/2 years and I want to have this influence here at Spark for those who are just tired of counting and recording! It's a great way to live. emoticon
