Starting Over, Again!

Today is the first day of a new beginning!

After always being a little bigger than I'd like, the past year has taken than to the extreme. 30 pounds heavier, it's time to re-assess and refocus my energy on making myself feel (and hopefully look) great!

I would love to be able to wear pants that aren't navy or black. Like grey pants. Grey pants would be nice.

My Program:
Even though I've had success with low-carb in the past, that clearly didn't work for the long-term. So carb-aware lifestyle.

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!

Happy Tuesday.
Yesterday is past. You can not do anything to change what was or was not done. The future can only be dreamt about. You can only change today. What are you willing to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?

Think about what your goals are. Are you getting there? Are you doing everything you can to get there? If not, why not. There are only as many hours in the day as we make use of. If we waste them, they are gone forever. Just something to think about.
