    Hi, I read a post of yours on the Living Healthy Team page. I have two children and I'm convinced that both super speedy deliveries were due to me shaping up before I became pregnant.
    With the first I was in the delivery room no more than 20mins before my daughter was born and although there were complications with my son, I had to go to the hospital as soon as my waters broke, the pushing phase was only 4mins!
