Hi! I'm a stay at home mom to 4 kids. I love to read, watch t.v., bake, play computer games, and do yoga. I actually teach a Yoga/Pilates fusion class. My favorite way to workout is to take group fitness classes, its way more motivating to me than doing it alone at home! My biggest problem with losing weight is changing the way I eat. I love to eat, I love sweets, I have a hard time not overeating. Hoping the support here will help me get this under control!.
