Cool! Welcome to C25K! Where in Maine are you? I love love love the NH/Maine seacoast and want to move up there so badly! I live right outside Boston right now and love to meet up. You'll have to do a 5K here when you are ready! I'm doing a 10K and Half Marathon in Portsmouth this year as well.

Hey there!! Welcome to the c25k team!!! I know it's hard... when you've been going through a rough time it's hard to believe you can pick yourself up again and do it.. You feel like everything is a failure and that there is no point... I was going through a rough past 2 months and am picking myself up right now! YOU CAN DO THIS. Make small changes and soon you will feel good about yourself again!!!
