working to lower my blood pressure and cholesterol, on meds for both
trying to walk everday. doing exercises. find it hard to follow a dvd, can't do floor exercises, maybe i can if i lose a few lbs.. when i get down, it's difficult to get back up. i'm 72!!!! but i'm really motivated to lose weight and become more flexible. need to work on my balance, too.i live in beverly, mass.
