My goal is to lose about 70 lbs. I know my profile says 50 but I'd really like to lose 70 lbs. I'm usually able to stay on my diet pretty good during the day it's the evenings and weekends when I run into trouble.
Right now to reach my goal, I'm trying to watch what I eat, only eat a 2000 calorie diet. I'm beginning to start walking at least 30 minutes in the evening and to curb my craving for sweets I've started to make smoothies instead of grabbing the first sweet thing that comes to mind.
One of my favorit books id the Three Musketeers, by Alexander Dumas. One of my favorite movies is The Long Kiss Goodnight starring Geena Davis and Samuel L. Jackson. Anything else you would like to tell people. I enjoy watching basketball and football and I used to play organized basketball when I was growing up.
I've been gone for a while but it's good to be be back. Currently, I'm holding my own at 238 lbs but I think I may have plateaued. I've been at the same weight for about a month now give or take a pound or two.
